I would definitely recommend putting a local address on there, think it would be fine to use your families since you can have correspondence sent there. I would make a note in your cover letter to explain that you are currently working in Fl but plan to move in a few months and can fly out for an interview. Good luck! Seattle is a cool city :-)
should be no problem. I have a swedish contact I can but you in touch with. All nurses does not like names posted openly so you have to message me after you make enough post to private message.
I don't think I can direct message you but anyway, I am interested. Send me a message in this email:

HI, I'm planning to move in Seattle area middle of this year.
I currently live and work in Fl for 3 years as an RN.
Right now I work in acute neuro rehab in one of the renown hospital in Fl. My goal is to be in pacu/ critical care unit. My problem is I haven't had any constant medsurg experience (however, I get to be floated to medicine complex/ medsurg unit/ neuro medical unit from time to time when we have excess staff in our unit).
My family has a house in Seattle so moving there from SE to NW won't be an issue. My problem is how easy would be for me to get a job there if I use my FL address ?
Will they more likely to call me if I use my Seattle address instead?
How is the transition from someone who came from rehab to critical care unit? Should I get a medsurg experience first?
Thanks.
