If you know that the morale is high, that is the kicker. You're not procrastinating on getting that opening are you?
Yeah, I'm procrastinating. I'm nervous as heck about leaving the ICU, my comfort zone...although comfortable is hardly how I would describe how I feel about my job now. I'm becoming burnt out (at 30 yrs. old btw), but afraid I'll miss my three 12s, no weekends, one holiday/year job in the unit. Am I crazy?

Where did you see this ad. I only ask because it looks like a Craig's list add, and most of those are junk ads..too good to be true! Have you verified it worthiness?
Yeah. It's actually a job I was offered. Same company my firend works for and she loves her job. I had the opportunity to shadow her for a day. I'm seriously considering, but, man oh man, how I would miss 3,4,5, or more days off in a row!
All those days off in a row can be habit forming, I know!
Ok, thank you...well then that is a personal decision. I know I am partial to my days off! Don't know if I could give that up with all the traveling I do! But if it is a better job, more advancement, friendly atmosphere etc...then you should take it. Do what is best for you.
Congrats on getting the offer during these tough time:yeah:
