This is a breakdown I did of all the important topics I see in the book. I WILL NOT POST TEST QUESTIONS. I hope this helps someone.
I also posted my study "techniques" and websites that might be helpful if you do not have the ATI book or any book for that matter. I guess any book will do as long as you study what is below. I still suggest getting it if you can. Whatever works.
I take test #1 for each separate section to know where to focus my study.
I use the ATI book and underline the important keywords, directions, or numbers. I look over EACH answer even if I think I know the answer. NEVER think you know because there might be another answer better than the one you chose!
If I think I need more practice, I use websites online. I will go over the ATI notes again, do all the practice questions, and will take the second test for the section (let's say, math). If I don't get AT LEAST 15 points higher, I'll do it all over again, going over similar questions online.

The most help I have seen on here without breaking down and buying books...I was looking for my sister since she has to take this thing...and now I know where to point her...thank God I was accepted before this was required..however it is not that bad..I have looked at some of the practice exams...it is just harder for someone who has been out of school for a long time--but you guys can do this! You have it...take it one topic at a time..know it inside out and move on. Remember to always test yourself to find your weakness and focus on it. BELIEVE in YOURSELF.
The Science portion of the TEAS is harder on the computerized version than the paper one. Now I know what everyone means when they say it's random and kinda hard. I would advise anyone to take the paper version it is significantly easier and the material covered is identical to what's in the ATI booklet (science portion) Everything else was the same
Your score separate was Reading 45% Science 45% Math 53% English 63% But all together it was a 51% And it's Okayy cause it's a practice exam and now you know The areas you need to study. Can anyone help me figure out my score on the practice test from the ati bookReading I got 19/42 rightScience 22/48 Math 16/30English 19/30I know thats bad but idk how to calculate a overall score
Are there any directional terms in the human body questions on the TEAS? I have a Mc Graw 5 practice TEAS tests book and it has a lot of these questions in the science section, but haven't seen anyone post about this topic. Just wanting to cover all areas I really need to know. Thank you so much for your thread. I refer to it often.

Overall, the ATI study guide covered 99% of what I saw on the test. Three things that were not in the study guide were 1) reading a genetic code chart, like codons/amino acids (science) 2) work rate problems (math) and 3) pythagoreums (SP? lol) theory. which was a basic geometry problem. Everything else was in the guide. There are no geology or rock formation questions, I'm pretty sure that was on the teas version IV but not on V.
