How should I handle this dilemma?

I have accepted a PRN position- my orientation starts next Monday. I just got a call from another facility that I applied to - I'm thinking great!! - But then I find out they are only holding interviews next week. I told her I am not available on the 2 days they have scheduled, Mon and Tues.

She said they could possibly do next Friday at most. I told her I would get back to her. This position is also PRN by the way. I have 2 weeks of orientation in the days and then I will switch to nights and my orientation will continue at nights. I'm trying to think of the best way to ask if I could either come in for an interview tomorrow or Friday. OR, interview in 2 weeks when my day time orientation is over.
