How do I go about applying for a California RN license?

I currently have an RN license in the state New Mexico that I just received this month. How do I go about applying for a California license? what are the fees? I realize CA is not a compact state. I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone from the CA BON.

Go on their website, http://www.rn.ca.gov Everything you need is there.

What don't you understand? I first clicked on "Applicants" at the top, right underneath that is "Endorsement", and then I clicked on "Fees" and found that the fee for endorsement is $100.
