How do I get them to listen?

Hi everyone. I have been noticing symptoms of a certain contagious (not dangerous) skin condition at my job. I've documented everything I saw and passed it along in report, emailed my DON, and was either ignored or told I'm crazy. But now I have the rash and so does my dog (confirmed by the vet, and I'm seeing a derm soon). But if no one does anything at my job then I will get reinfected and give it to my dog again. I'm shocked that this is even happening and I know I can't ask for legal/medical advice here but any other input?

All you can do is present your case with the evidence you have. If it is reasonable enough and they don't listen get out ASAP that is not a place to become attached to.

As soon as you get a dermatologists confirmation of what the rash is and what is, or might be, causing it you can present the "evidence" to your DON. If you still don't get any response come back here and ask again.

Ask your doctor to write and send an official letter to your DON, or deliver it yourself. Ask for and keep a copy. If nothing happens 2 weeks after that, ask just once more. If nothing happen after that, resign and consider reporting your former job to authorities.
