How do I find primary care RN position?

Hi ? everyone, I’m in LTC but I’ve been looking for primary care nurse job for awhile with no luck. On job searches I’m just getting a lot of Home health, hospitals, dialysis, LTC.. but I barely see any primary care jobs if I do they are really far away and not many. I live in Delaware I know it’s a small state but there are plenty of primary care offices. I don’t understand why I can’t find them. If you are in primary care how did you find your job? Any tips on how to look for one? Thank you!

I live in SF Bay Area and these clinics are specific to my region, but the nonprofit I worked for is called La Clinica, and they have sites in Oakland, Concord, Pittsburg (CA), and Oakley. These clinics prefer people who speak a second language (mainly Spanish and Asian languages but in Oakland also demand for Arabic and other Middle Eastern languages). There is also a network of clinics called Lifelong clinics with no language requirement. Warning if you move to SF Bay Area: RN wages look high but the cost of living is SUPER high.

If you are staying in your area or moving somewhere else I would look up if there are local nonprofit community health clinics or clinics that are part of the county health system. If you are truly ready to travel I have also had friends who worked for Indian Health Services, and some really enjoyed the experience. One even went to Alaska! I'm not adventurous to move but it does sound cool. Therefore I'm stuck here with the traffic and high rent since I'm from here LOL
