How hard is it to get into the Children's National Nurse Residency Program?

Hello. I am currently an S1 who is starting to look at nurse residency jobs across the nation. I was wondering how hard it is to get into the Children's National residency. Also, I have noticed many programs ask if the student has at least a 3.5 GPA. Do you know if most of these hospitals mean the cumulative GPA that includes both nursing classes and pre-reqs or just the nursing classes GPA? Thank you for your help in advance!

I'm not sure I can answer your question but I am also looking at Children's National residency programs. Are you looking at any specific department in particular?
