How to handle being bullied by nurse manager and colleagues?

Published

There have been many threads about violence in the work place. I never experienced so much teenage drama until I began to work at this facility. I have been called a number of names to my face told to shut the f***up. I was told I do not belong here anymore. Others nurses told me to find a new job they do not want you here some nurses and managers are trying make you leave. What am I suppose to do?

Luv2,

I thought so too, and in addition it was, or what I thought to be, my absolutely 110% dream job. I needed money, I had no support, and had 100500 more of VERY important reasons to be a fool that I was.

In half a year after that all happened I was working in a place which is in any aspect unlike to the latter one, and I felt at home there and was making more money. And only one question I had was: why was I such an idiot that I spent two months of my life suffering every day, letting those (insert your definition of bad guys here) treat me like **** and every second trying to mollify and satisfy those (insert the definition above) with kindness and politeness and in every way imaginable instead of just telling them all to go (you know where) and close the door with great bang?

Good luck and hugs to you, you will find your place, and it will be the one you least expected to be, ever!

I started to apply to other positions. I am leaving I realize this not a battle worth fighting.

i just want to update everyone I did leave. Thank-you for the advice I have never been so happy in my life.:)
