I'm frustrated since the classes I've gotten A's in (pharm, patho, OB) are the hard classes and my B's and B+'s are in the fluffier classes. I think the difference was that I studied MANY different ways when it came to those hard classes - read out loud, consulted more than one text, did problems online - you name it, I did it. I made myself explain the topics to others, and really knew it inside and out and I reviewed them daily. The B's hurt my ego a little but I don't think they reflect what I know and they don't matter when I'm in the field - I still think I can be a great nurse. You're in the forest, don't just look at the trees :) - see that bigger picture.
