Here's what keeps me motivated:
1. My money is on the line because I am funding my tuition via self-pay. If I don't complete the courses, my hard-earned money goes down the drain.
2. I am having problems at my current workplace in the form of a manager who is on a witch hunt. Therefore, I need to earn this BSN degree as soon as possible in case I find myself looking for employment in a dog-eat-dog job market.
3. Why continue to defer a dream when, if I work at a steady pace, it will become a reality sooner than later?
Good luck to you!

Hello,
I just started the RN-BSN last month and I am having some serious motivation problems! I am pregnant and just so distracted with life that I don't even want to try. I know that I need to get as much done as I can now, because it will be a million times harder once the baby comes.
The only thing I keep telling myself is my work will reimburse me this semester, so I have to get it done so I don't waste money. Any tips or tricks on getting / staying motivated?
