I need experience as an lpn student in the nursing field. I want to know how people get hired in these hospitals before going to nursing school and me on the other hand, I volunteered one month at buffalo general hospital and completed one clinical rotation and can't get hired. I know people who got hired that don't study anything. Is there a weed out process in the application when it asks me to state my years of experience. I want to work at mercy hospital or sister's hospital so if you work there can you help me?
