How to get EB3 Green Card Visa for nurses&

Hi!

I am an RN, I work in Russia, in Moscow, graduated this year with BSN. 

I've read many articles about the nursing shortage in the US, especially nowadays, due to the pandemic. But since I've intended to move to the US and get Green Card for nurses, I've realized that it's not so easy. Visa for nurses requires a job offer from US hospitals and NCLEX. But how can I pass NCLEX without a visa and SSN? 

I searched for an attorney to hire because I understand that I can not do it on my own (I work in the coronavirus unit, I can afford paid attorney's consultation ))).  But, I didn't receive any answer on my request (((.

I just can't see my next steps to get my dream....

I would be very grateful for a piece of advice from other nurses! Please, I desperate to solve this issue/

Not all states require a US SSN for you to submit application and take NCLEX, they may require one to issue a license. The issue is finding a employer willing to do the immigrant route

She can find a nursing agency helping her with the process. I have done some research on this topic. I know, Advent health in Florida has a process for direct hire for international nurses. The info, is on their website. Also, nursing agencies such as O'Grady Peyton, Avant Health, Conexus and many others, are helping international nurses to migrate to the US giving you access to a Green card.

I came here in the US through EB3 immigrant sponsored visa. I applied for NCLEX thru New York Board of Nursing in 2016. No SSN required. They will issue you a license without SSN. Once you pass NCLEX look for an agency then take IELTS for Visa Screen certificate. My employer filed an immigrant petition on my behalf in 2017 and I arrived here in the US in 2018. Total waiting time was 1 year and 7 months.
