How to get the battery out of a fob watch?

Anyone know how to get a battery out of a tight fob watch? I've tried everything from a small screwdriver to a needle, help! :(

I've never replaced a battery on a pocket watch before but there seem to be several google search results and several youtube videos if you search "how to get battery out of a fob watch". Best of luck.

If you are referring to opening the case, you need a watch case back opener: Amazon.com: Generic Watch Back Case Opener Remover Removal Knife Repair Tool: Sports & Outdoors

If you are referring to removing the battery from the battery compartment, I use a jeweler's screwdriver and slip it under an edge of the battery and lever it out of the compartment.

Take it to a jewelry store to replace the battery
