How to find a sponsor in UK? HELP!!!!

Dear all,

I a UK registered nurse and currently hold NMC PIN, however due to the current immigration rule in UK, I have no choice but leave UK and returning to my home country. Since I got back, I have tried to find a nursing job in China, unfortunately all the nursing jobs require Chinese Nursing license, which I can only take once a year I think, so I have tried to register Australia Nursing licence and American one, both of them are in long process of waiting, I am a pretty newly qualified nurse has only had 6 months working experience, still have bags of passions for nursing career, but my nursing career seem to be turning so dark unbelievable, I am so desperate looking for some advises from all the nurses, what should I do, I have tried to applied almost all the jobs in uk including nursing homes, keep on let me go for interview but no one seem to be interesting in provide COS letter. Someone there please do give me a hint what should I do .

It sounds like you need a bit more experience behind you before employers will start seriously considering you. Not only will they have to apply to UKBA for you and get your COS, but also invest in training you as you've only had 6 months experience. This is a risky investment for them and I suspect that's why you're having trouble!
