And even I try to do the re-admission, how can I explain my Gap years, as I can't work as a nurse in China, would that be OK to put volunteer in hospital during those years. Or they would not accept it?

I have registered with about 10 agencies, all of them require one year minium clinical experiences, (I only have 7 months), so they won't able to process my application to tick the box.

Yes, I have contacted NMC countless time, I am worried they will block me one day, LOL. The answer I got back from them is, " your OSCE is due to 2023, we are not able to give any adivise how you going to achieve this or how to get here. So useful. Thanks for care tho.

No, I am working in China. It's completely different health care system, I can't even get my foot in the door to even the exams to be qualified as a nurse in China. Many thanks

Dear all, I was registerd nurse in the UK back in 2014, and my NMC has lapsed in 2017. I live in China at the moment. I have applied re-admission, so far I have passed CBT, awaiting to get my OSCE done. I have facing few issues here, wonder if anyone would help out? 1. I have tried to apply job through NHS jobs and few agencies, so far none of hospitals have answered back. And few agencies stated that I need to have minium one year working experience, which I only have 7 months after qualified. So it doesn't seem to be very uplifting at moment. 2. I have also registered on COVID-19 temperatory registeration, the reply was as I am currently not reside in UK, so I am not eligibale to this 3. So I thought about taking the return back course, apparently I can't do it as you have to reside in UK as well. 4. So now I come back to re-admission requirement, counted all my practice hours before my PIN lapsed, I just realised that I do meet the requirement hours, so now I think maybe I will withdraw my pervious application and re-apply, however, my NMC online portal wouldn't let me do anything, I can't even withdraw my application. Sorry for such long post, can anyone here help me out what option is there left for me, or should I just give up the idea of rejoin the practice. I am hitting on the wall here, really wish someone here can point me out a direction please? Many thanks to all.

Dear all, I a UK registered nurse and currently hold NMC PIN, however due to the current immigration rule in UK, I have no choice but leave UK and returning to my home country. Since I got back, I have tried to find a nursing job in China, unfortunately all the nursing jobs require Chinese Nursing license, which I can only take once a year I think, so I have tried to register Australia Nursing licence and American one, both of them are in long process of waiting, I am a pretty newly qualified nurse has only had 6 months working experience, still have bags of passions for nursing career, but my nursing career seem to be turning so dark unbelievable, I am so desperate looking for some advises from all the nurses, what should I do, I have tried to applied almost all the jobs in uk including nursing homes, keep on let me go for interview but no one seem to be interesting in provide COS letter. Someone there please do give me a hint what should I do .

I don't think you should worry about the date too much, CGFNS should be able to understand it. By the way how did you get that done in China, do you have to translate the document into Chinese first and go to the notary public office and get it signed? As I just went to the notary office this morning, they won't do it for me, so frustrating. Looking forward to hear from you soon. Many thanks

Also I got another problem, on the end of the application form, one of the document need to have notary signature, just wonder who can sign this, any notary public or it has to be done in American Embassy? No, I have contacted the uni so many times, they indicate that they no longer issue the hard copy transcript for the student who graduated after 2014. So now I really don't know what to do ? They sent me an email today ask cgfns contact to them. But I could not even get a direct email from cgfns, is anyone has any ideas how could I solve this problem? Many thanks

Hi all, I am a UK trained nurse, now in the process of getting CGFNS done, I have paid for the order, however, when I was contact to my university requiring for my university transcript they have no longer provide hard copy transcript, these days they using a online system called HEAR higher education academic report which including all my grade and individual course break down. So now my question is, how do I sent this to the CGFNS then if my university has no longer provide this service. Please someone help me, is anyone know how to deal with this problem? Many thanks
