How to find a job on basis of temoprary registration??

hi friends..i am preparing for CRNE,,will be sitting for it in Oct 2008..i need

your valuable guidance..actually,,i want to apply for temporary registration& work as grade nurse:nurse: to get first hand experience in clinicals in ontario:rolleyes:..But question is how to find a job offer at this stage:confused:..Should i refer to any agency or i contact hospitals directly..Please advice....any info,,suggestions will be welcomed..THANKS IN ADVANCE:bow:
