How is your facility preparing for Ebola?

I am curious how our hospitals, out patient services, LTC facilities are preparing for Ebola? Has your institution even begun discussions on the topic? Now that we have Ebola patients in more than one area of the country I think we are overdue for some interventions from the CDC to be holding institutions accountable which would include educating staff and preparing for further outbreaks of Ebola. I would like to play the devils advocate and ask this question: what will happen if Ebola meets the Entero Virus which is already rampant in our country? Please let us know what your institution is doing to prepare for these viral outbreaks!!
