How does your facility minimize fall risk to patients?

What ideas, implemented or not, do you recommend?

we are now going to be placing red slipper socks on pts who are fall risks (not confused, disoriented, etc), but true fall risks. This is a new thing we are going to be implementing on top of continuing to use slipper socks on all pts.
