I am a nursing student, and I am conducting research for a paper on how electronic medical records impact nursing practice. If you work with EMRs, how would you rate your experiences in using and/or converting to an EMR? Do you find it takes more or less time to document patient care? Is information readily available, and is the system well designed and easy to navigate? No system is perfect; what changes would you make to improve EMRs?
