Hello,
I'm currently a nursing student, and have a CNA license, at the end of springtime while working at a nursing home, i got fed up with their constant mandations and left my instant resignation in the employee-manager notifications box and left (at the end of my shift after report).
Now, eventually when I go to obtain a Nursing job, how do I deal with this, so I don't look bad? At the time I was out of school for the summer, and I don't want to lie....

You can tell them that it was not a good fit for you

I doubt an employer will be concerned about you resigning from a CNA position when they are hiring you as a nurse. Yes, list the job and the dates you worked there on any applications and resumes and if the question does come up just say you left to pursue other opportunities or that the job wasn't a good fit for you.
The only reason I can see this potentially being a problem at all is if the CNA job was for a big company that has a policy of making you ineligible for rehire for leaving without notice, usually at least a two week notice is required. If that is the case you would not be able to be hired at any facility that company owns in any capacity. So, worst case scenario you might have to give up working for that company.
