Hey everyone,
I am currently a senior in UCF's BSN program and I was thinking of applying to GN programs closer to graduation in May. I was wondering if anyone could help me out on a few questions?
How competitive are the programs? What do they consider? GPA, school ect... My overall for the program is a little over 3.7, would that make me competitive enough for a spot?
Also, how does the application work? I would LOVE to try for a perinatal or even NICU position. I was trying to figure out the application on their website. Do you apply towards a specific unit? Or is the application just one general application and they will offer you a unit?
Thanks!!

For FH specifically they open up a GN application. In that application you select what areas interest you. Any other application you fill out is wasting your time. I believe FHs GN applications run every 6months? But for specifics I'd check their website or call HR.
I'm not sure how much they care about your GPA. I do remember they ask on the GN form.
