How can I use my TI 83 calculator for statisics?

I have heard that the TI 83 calculator can do most of the work for a statistic class.For example, how can I construct a Frequency distribution table on in it???Im taking Intro. to statistics.Any advice will be appreciated!Thanks!

DO you still have the manual that comes with it? If I were you, I would ask the instructor and also try to read the manual by practicing. Good luck

In my stats class we learned it long hand then then calculator. The calculator can be confussing but oh so much easier when you know what you are doing. The instructor can show you how to employ that TI during office hours or you can hire a stats tutor.
