I got my RN license on Jan 10th, and I am now looking for jobs. I had already registered for ACLS & BCLS certification courses in February.
However, I really don't know how I can get a job ASAP in California. I received some phone calls from recuriters, but they never really told me if I sign contract with them, where or which hospital they are going to replace me, which makes me feel anxious, and don't want to sign contract with them.
Can anyone give me some suggestions?
Thank you

Kaiser permanente is always hiring and they are a very big facility with hospitals all over. Also try Cedars sinai hospital in West Los Angeles. You should have NO problem whatsoever getting a job. The Los Angeles Times Classifieds has numerous nursing positons listed especially Sunday's Edition. Good luck.
yes, they welcome new grads and there a lot of very good people around. they petitioned for me. i am waiting for my letter of authorization to work. i went around and had a chance to see what they do and how they do them before i finally gave my commitment. i am also a new grad (march 2004).
Thank you very much... :)Do they welcome new graduate? Are you in that hospital now?
