How can I find a job?

Hi all,

I took my exam on Thursday @ London and waiting for result. I was not thru any agency. So, If I pass exam, being an Indian Nurse currently working in UK in Nursing home, How can I find a job/american job agency? Anybody can recommend any agency? I don't have enough exp...Pls somebody help..

If doing it alone you need to decide where you want to work, would then suggest approaching hospitals in that area asking if they petition foriegn nurses especially ones already passed NCLEX
