I've been an LPN for 3 years now and have been fortunate enough to have worked steady daylight. I just accepted a position working 2:30-11:00 PM. I have a 6 year old and am worried about balancing my work and my time with her. I'm fortunate to have a reliable sitter to get her off the bus and get her ready for bed but I'm concerned how my time away will affect her. I took the new position because it's a much better pay rate. Any suggestions apppreciated.
