How to apply endorsement w/ CA NCLEX pass result to Saipan for valid US-RN license

I would like to ask if it is possible if my California NCLEX pass result will be endorsed to Saipan BON to have a valid US-RN license.

Because I encountered this agency who can convert my California NCLEX pass result into a valid USRN license.

I should pay the agency with 530 dollars. That includes their professional, processing and courier fee. If it is possible can I do it myself?

You can do it yourself and the state can vary. You will still need to meet their requirements so find out what is required especially as International trained

Each state will have their own website and should list requirements, do a search as I know Saipan website has been posted before

i saw the website already. their options are limited and i send them an inquiry before i post here. do you think the 530 dollars is worth the services the agency will give me? and one more thing, if i will be having a license from saipan, if i will check it at nursys.com it will appear in their system? thank you very much silverdragon for your help.:)
