If I am to get real it is very unlikely that you will be given a TRV especially you are unemployed and in the nursing profession. Unless you have some kind of profitable business or have huge amount of savings in your bank account or have been given a visa before from another first world country then it can be a different story.
Canada don't normally give a visa on the grounds of you having been made eligible to take the CRNE. In the end the determining factor for your visa eligibility would still be your economic standing / financial capability.
You can still try though. Who knows, maybe you'd be lucky to get one.

hello everyone! i would like to ask if there's a big chance for me to approve my visa application? i haven't prepared my requierments yet to apply for a temporary residence visa in canada since the canadian consulate in cebu will be back in aug 16, so i dedcided to wait that date to have an appointment to the consul to give me guidance on what to do.
i already received my eligibility letter from the nurses association of new brunswick and my next step is to apply for a visa. i am in big doubt if i'd be granted because i have no work here, i only had a 3-month volunteer experience and my parents will shoulder my funds when i am already in canada. my only purpose honestly is to sit for crne and i'm confused now whether i should apply immediately for a visa or wait for the consulate.
and if i should apply immediately, can someone give me an advice on what to tick on what kind of visa should i apply (is it single or multiple entry; i'm planning to apply for a multiple entry because in case i failed on my first attempt of the exam, then there would be no problem for me to sit for the next date of exam, unlike having a single entry then i would still have to apply for a visa again to sit for the next scheduled exam date) and what necessary documents would i be sending to the embassy (like bank accounts, land titles, etc.)?
i highly appreciate all your comments. thank you very much. :)
