Houston Nurse Residency Summer 2020

Starting a thread about Houston Nurse Residency programs that open this month/next to start in June/July!

I got a call from HCA yesterday, they postponed their hiring event to May 21st. According to them, it’s still going to be Virtual interviews. Was told I will receive an email regarding the virtual interview as we get closer to the date.

I have an interview on April 2 as well, but I haven gotten anything about it getting rescheduled! I do know people who have had their interviews rescheduled though

I had my interview today with HarrisHealth, they asked a bunch of behavioral questions and clinical questions as well. They also asked if I would prefer day or night shifts and if I’m willing to work at the medsurg/ tele unit. Hope this helps. Goodluck

Did you put med surg/tele as either of your unit preferences on the application?

I was told that they will be conducting interviews the rest of the week and that I should expect to hear something by Friday next week
