I wanted to go ahead and start a thread for all the Houston applicants! Where is everyone applying and what units? Would love for us to connect throughout the process.

For Harris Health or Children's MH? I haven't had my harris and for children's, they asked me to tell me about yourself and all of the other questions were situational and related to labor and delivery specifically.

Thank you!! Do you happen to remember any of the situational questions they asked you? And around how many they asked? Just trying to get a good idea of what I can expect!

It was good not too bad! Some questions I got asked were tell me about yourself and why this unit. I heard back the next morning!

I vaguely remember the questions, but I do remember one saying that if a pt. is dilated fully and you call the doc and the doc comes and the patient isn't fully dilated. What would you do? And another one said that if a patient's room is a mess, trash is overflowing and stuff everywhere, and she is frustrated with the mess, what do you do? Something like that, I can't remember exactly it was a while ago. It was just a lot of very specific situational questions that had to do with labor and delivery.  Also, it was a panel interview and they were all sitting in a conference room. There were maybe 6-8 people. It was like rapid-fire questions, not conversational. I didn't get an offer. I don't know how you would necessarily prepare for those questions but I would recommend that you take your time and think about it before you answer them.  I didn't end up getting an offer. But I hope that helps!! Good luck I hope you get it!

Did anyone hear back from TCH L&D yet?

Has anyone heard back from MH- memorial city? If so, what units?
