Houston Nurse Residency Spring 2022

I wanted to go ahead and start a thread for all the Houston applicants! Where is everyone applying and what units? Would love for us to connect throughout the process. 

Did anyone who did an interview with HCA yesterday get a feedback yet?

I Got a pre-screening invite from Houston Methodist in the Medical Center  yesterday but when I went to sign up, there was no time slots. I immediately emailed them last night and got an automatic response.  Did anyone got a response from them or was able to sign up for a time slot?

I didn’t get anything ? I guess that meant I didn’t get selected

I applied for Houston Methodist at the Baytown location and got a call today, they scheduled me for an interview for Friday but said they would send the interview virtual logins before Friday. I’m not sure about the other locations.

Was the medical center your first choice? The different campuses are sending out their own pre-screening invites. I do not think Methodist-West has sent theirs out yet.

The automatic response you got says on there that they're going to send more dates.

It appears their automatic  response may be outdated tho ?. It referenced March 2021 applicants. I am checking the link like crazy though to see if they opened more time slots. Super hopeful they will soon! ?

I saw that haha! so weird. these big hospital systems are really not on top of their game.

Methodist west was my first choice and Baytown was my 2nd I haven’t heard from neither one of them. 

Are y’all getting calls from your first choice?
