Housing subsidies in NYC

Looking for any information on current or past rates for housing subsidies in NYC. Are rates different for each borough and do some companies give larger subsidies than others. Thanks.

Edit: Ok, seems no NYC travelers receiving subsidies around on the board. How about travelers in other large cities: Boston, LA, SF, Miami, Chicago.

Many travel nurses do not take the subsidies but get their housing thru the agency, that is why you may not be getting that many responses to your question.

All travel companies have essentially the same pot to take the money from that they pay you with, the higher the subsidy paid for housing, then the lower your hourly rate. So if working overtime, you will be getting paid at a much smaller rate.

I know American Mobile is 2200/month

I think 2,200 waswhat I got for housing. I ended up making a lot of money when I worked as a traveler there. The trick is to find your own place. If I had taken the apt they offered I would have been barely making anything. But I'm from NY and had a college friend that was looking for a roommate at the time. Also I checked out Craigslist and rented a room near my hospital which cost me $500. Companies will always place you in the middle of the city where it's horribly outrageously expensive. Sorry can't remember the exact amount.
