House Supervisor References, Docs, Templates

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share any references, documents or spreadsheets for House Supervisors to use.

I am brand new to my role and the sheets that we are using now are very old, messy and non-user friendly.

I send out a report to all the leaders of the hospital and then another report to our Execs at the end of every shift.

I also fill out sheets for Add-On OR cases, Direct Admits/Transfers, MOTs, Deaths, Morgues, Bed Board Meeting and Bed Board management and everything is on paper. It is very frustrating, as I'm very computer/software saavy. I want to standardize and simplify everything as much as possible.

Can anyone help and provide blank, general templates, documents, references or spreadsheets? Does not even have to be an actual template. Even a picture would work!
