Ok, so advice...
Stop studying a half hour before the test
Take a walk, read a magazine, call a friend instead of cramming
Eat some protien and a carbohydrate (an energy bar would be good) before you go in
Do some deep breathing when you sit down right b4 the test
Tell yourself positive things: I will do well. I will do my best. I am capable. I know my stuff. Etc.
Relax a little-I know it is stressful but the test is not that bad and I know you can do it!

my stomach hurts so bad! i think i am going to do well on it, but then again there are some that have such a hard time with it. please i need some words of advice! i am working right up until i go to the test, so i am trying to read the study guide in between phone calls!
