Does anyone know what hospitals in CT will hire a new RN with only an ASN? It seems like the majority of them require you to have a BSN in order to apply. =/

All of them. ..don't let the "magnet" propaganda dissuade you...they all need bodies to fill positions...get in there-be bold!

St Mary's Hospital, Waterbury Hospital, Sharon Hospital, Charlotte Hungerford (although, they don't hire too many new-grads), St Francis in Hartford...you literally need to read each job posting...some will say "BSN required", some will say "BSN preferred" and some won't mention it at all. Apply to all of the BSN preferred and the ones that don't say anything.

Many of the hospitals will hire ADN's but prefer BSN. Like the others have said, read each job description. Some require it, some say its preferred and some have stipulations attached such as you must obtain your BSN within a certain period of time after your hire date.
I have cohorts from my ADN program who work in St Vincent's in Bridgeport, Bridgeport Hospital, Yale, St Raphael's in New Haven, Stamford Hospital, Griffin Hospital in Derby, St. Mary's in Waterbury and Greenwich Hospital to name a few.
