Hospitals that hire RN without work experience

Does anyone know which hospitals in Hudson County are hiring RN with no work experience? or anywhere in NJ? Most job postings I see listed needs at least 1-3 yrs of experience like at Hoboken University Medical Center, Christ Hospital, Bayonne Medical Center, etc. I'm interested in Hoboken University because I was hospitalized there before twice due to surgery and I like their staff. During my stay, the nurse came in with a HUGE SMILE and said "hi my name is ____ and I'll be your nurse for today". It was great to be greeted with a huge smile because I was in post-op pain. My sister said that I should start at nursing homes but I want to work at a hospital. Any thoughts are appreciated. Are there success stories that got hired at a hospital eventhough without work experience? Thanks.

We're on the same boat lol. I too want hospital experience, not nursing home, but I have no choice at this point. Gonna try everywhere possible.

I also want to apply at Hoboken but hesitant to even try since they want experience like most places. But it doesn't hurt. Will try anyway :)
