But none of them in California. So, not particularly related to this forum. Not to mention that this issue has been pasted all over allnurses. It's the subject of about 30 separate threads.

Hey Mark~

Just wanted to say thanks for all your updates on current nursing issues. These lawsuits to pertain to California! We should know what is happening around the country anyway. If any precedent is set somewhere else - all the more power we have here in California to push it!
