Hospitals accepting nurse trainee or volunteer in NCR

Hi there!!! Can anyone give me a list of hospitals here in NCR that have nurse training program/volunteer program? I tried applying in several hospitals here in Cavite but they're still into freeze hiring right now. I passed the board last Feb, and up to now I haven't had any experience. I'm feeling a bit frustrated for several months already. I'm always stacked at home doing nothing. So if there's anyone out there that can suggest any hospitals....

By the way, what are the requirements for nurse volunteer?

resume

prc and ivt card(xerox)

training certificate

so sad it's close...... any other hospitals accepting volunteers? or even trainings? I am very much willing to pay for the training.... thank you preferably within or near pasay.
