Hospitals accepting nurse trainee or volunteer in NCR

World Philippines

Published

Hi there!!! Can anyone give me a list of hospitals here in NCR that have nurse training program/volunteer program? I tried applying in several hospitals here in Cavite but they're still into freeze hiring right now. I passed the board last Feb, and up to now I haven't had any experience. I'm feeling a bit frustrated for several months already. I'm always stacked at home doing nothing. So if there's anyone out there that can suggest any hospitals....

^ regarding directions on how to go there, just take LRT1, get off UN Ave. Station.. and from there it is located right behind Mcdonald's

thanks a lot for the info katakamotenars! :D

any one here know if tondo medical center is still accepting for post graduate training? thanks

Hi Guys. For those who's gonna be part of the training, I would just like to know what are you going to wear? The lady from NSO told me "anything white" haha! Does it mean to say you can use your gala or old school uniform (we're going to look like a student) hahaha -- Just kidding. This isn't a big deal, I'm just a little bit confused. Thanks.

hello jhemm, mmc? are you referring to metropolitan medical center? im not sure if they conduct training for nurses there for hospital experience. they have Hemodialysis Training Program though. however, if that was just a typo and you're referring to MCM/Medical Center Manila in Taft, just swing by at their Nursing service office, i think they are still accepting applicants for their Nurse training program, but you'd be signed up for the next batch (i guess that would start around Oct 2011?).. might as well call them up to be sure. for MCMs landline, just google it. :D they register 60 slots per batch and its gonna be a 3-month training. goodluck! :D

Quirino Memorial Medical Center is accepting trainees but I think, the slot for this year are already full.

Hi jhemm! Dont lose hope dear, keeping yourself updated to forums like this will help you. If you want you can also try UST Hospital, next batch will start October. So, most probably registration will start September. And oh, dont forget to update us! Let's help each other fellow nurses! Good Luck and God Bless!! :-)

hi.. any updates? i started applying at different hospitals.. im a fresh graduate, any hospitals in manila accepting volunteer?:)

gov't hospitals are no longer accepting volunteers/trainees as per DOH policy. you may try asking private hospitals
