Hospital recruitment..

I am a foreign educated Nurse who passed NCLEX recently. Does anyone knows that any hospital who recruit foreign Nurses directly (not thru agency)in Texas..?

Your advice will be appreciated highly.

Try Laredo medical center. Its a HIC hospital and if im not wrong they can recruit foreign nurses. Pm me if you need the recruiters number

Im not really sure what it means, but from my view point-There are 14 HIC hospitals in the USA. This hospitals due to nursing shortage as determined by the labor board, are allowed to recruit foreign nurses directly.
