I know right now there are things you are wondering about this job. I do not know what those questions. Perhaps, how flexible are you with the schedule as an example.

Write these questions down and take the list with you. Pull it out when it is time to ask.

If they indeed answered all your questions without being asked then pick one and ask for clairfication. Such as, You mentioned you require nurse to work every other week end. How much flexibility can I expect on that because I frequently need sundays.

I am not saying the above examples are what to ask you should use your own concerns.
