Hi guys. I currently work in LTC and partial subacute and am taking the test in March to get hospice and palliative certified. Always loved my hospice PTs.
was wondering if any LPNS have experience in this?
also, if I do stay in LTC for whatever reason will this cert get me more pay? Or will it look good on a resume for any other jobs?
Thanks!

The agency I worked with did not employ LPN as case managers because of scope of practice but they do have LPN -re-visit stable hospice patients or go out to do "tasks" like wound dressings, change foleys, and so on.
There are also hospice houses that employ LPN though most of them in my area have RN and CNA only.
