My husband and I want to try to start a family. I am 28 and I have a geneitc disease(kallmann syndrome the idiopathic form) that causes me to have to take BCP to have a period at all. Have you had any patients that have gone through this at all? I am curious. I know I will have to see reproductive endo to find out all our options. I was just wondering how successful any of these couples have been having a baby.

Can't offer any medical advice for TOS reasons. Wish you the best of luck in finding answers to your questions.
Here is a link to an internet resource that may help you in your search for answers about fertility.

As always see your doc for evaluation.
Not asking for medical advice, just if anyone has worked with a pt with my condition and had success that is all. I am waiting for a referral from my endo.

I can honestly say I've never had a patient with that syndrome, ang. But the mods have talked and we're gonna leave this open so others can share their experiences. :)
As it is, you're not seeking medical advice, just support. Blessings to you.
