Hi all! I am hoping to move to the Tampa area next fall, and was wondering if I could get an idea of job availability and salary. At that time, I will have had about 2.5 years MICU/SICU experience and about 9 months experience as a critical care float to the MICU/SICU, ED, PACU, and CCU. I don't know which area I will want to get into at that point, so if anyone knows differences in wages for each I might expect based on experience, I would really appreciate the info! Also, which hospital systems are recommended down there? I will be coming from the Cleveland Clinic, also... which should hopefully increase employers interest in me. Thanks!

Good luck, I left sorry Florida 3 years ago and have gone up by over half of my hourly salary and have lower cost of living.
