During the phone interview they will ask you general interview questions, it is more of a get to know you session more than an interview. When I did mine we talked a little bit about what I knew about Honor Health (do some research on their website!) and what drove me to apply. Once we finished she set me up with a second interview with my unit director, whose interview was more scenario based and a lot longer. I received a call back about two days after the second interview requesting me to accept a position. It's a pretty easy process!
You just have to keep checking... they are posted periodically and taken down randomly.Good luck! :)
I know this is an old thread - but are there any secrets to getting in at Honor? I have applied to so many new grad positions. I have a great resume, and I have applied to every single position (maybe that is my downfall??) that has come available since I graduated and I have yet to receive a call (same for other people in my class). I have no idea here....

Hi everyone!
I was recently emailed by an HonorHealth recruiter about setting up a phone interview in the next couple of days for an RN New Graduate position. I was wondering if anyone knew what they ask in the phone interview, as well as what the rest of the interview process is like? Any information is greatly appreciated! :)
