Back in 02 i was determined to become an RN taking these followed classes:
ENG101 - B
HED100 - B
SPEC100 - c+
SPN100 - B-
SOC100 - B
PSY100 - A-
MUS100 - F but i still dropped in time at registrars but some reason to my luck there r no records n i lost that receipt yrs ago!
Rolling into 04 im goin thru so much i registered for classes online but dropped them the very next day.. not printing a copy of it. it seemed my classes were never dropped leaving me with several WU's and in debt, having to ay for classes i never took. i spoke w the director in the bursars office in 09 got it removed from credit collection agency and fixed witht he school but still left with the WU's.
Im wondering a couple of things since the Psy100 n Soc100 was taken yrs ago, will they still be accepted in a nursing school now?
How can I fix those WU's and F? or do nursing schools look at that, being its music i got an F in.. and WU's in

Different schools have different policies for instance some say they wont take any pre-reqs after 5 yrs, while others say they won’t take it for science classes only. What you need to do is call/go to the nursing programs you’re interested in and find out what their policy is. I got an F in immunology when I did my first degree but I got a 3.5 GPA in my pre-reqs and now I have 10months left to finish my BSN degree! Most schools will only look at Science courses/pre-reqs ….again find out from the schools ur hoping to go to. I also had a Withdrawal in Genetics and Chemistry but when I re-took them yrs back I got A’s and B’s. I made sure to briefly explain the issue in my personal statement when I applied, if you like you can write a transcript addendum (a one page attached to your transcript explaining the circumstances behind the WU’s and F). NYC seems to be very competitive, (that’s where I took my pre-reqs), so I applied out-of state and got accepted. Try applying in NYC but also have some safety schools in other areas just incase…there is still hope as long as you can excel in your pre-reqs and do some kind of healthcare volunteering or work in a hospital
Thanks for relying. im currently checking online for different schools. very stressful
