Home Healthcare QA Personnel

I am a home health nurse and I have been a nurse 29 years. Mycompany has a QA person who is not licensed but she says she only likes 4 months to finish school. I have worked wqith her for 4 years now and she is not in school. She does the QA for the company although the owner is an RN. She has been rejecting my oasis and my 485's stating they are one liners and I needed to use her format. My format comes from the oasis and I am the one who saw the pt. She rejects it until I conform and management allows this. But I have to sign off on it. I thought only the RN can due the oasis (admit, recert, etc) and the 485. I can not sand this but I need to know if I can refuse her from doing this or do I just need to quit and move on? Please help. We have a QA nurse now bu I still see the unlicensed one still try to QA.
