Home Health in SE Tx

Anyone working for agencies in Orange, Beaumont, Port Arthur, Mid County. I would love to share info on pay, caseload and how many hours a week you are working. I have been in home health for 6 months and feel I have a very heavy caseload. I work at least 50 hours a week. I am a field RN and case manager. I do it all and I am very burned out. I keep hearing from co-workers that this is how it is but I need some confirmation.

Bumping this up to see if we can get some responses for this member. There has to be someone from this area who is working in home health and could share some info. At any rate, good luck with your workload. Hope you don't get burned out.
