  1. Anyone working for agencies in Orange, Beaumont, Port Arthur, Mid County. I would love to share info on pay, caseload and how many hours a week you are working. I have been in home health for 6 months and feel I have a very heavy caseload. I work at least 50 hours a week. I am a field RN and case manager. I do it all and I am very burned out. I keep hearing from co-workers that this is how it is but I need some confirmation. Thanks LIz
  2. I attended a CCRN/PCCN review this week with Nancy Townsend. She suggests telemetry/stepdown nurses get CCRN. The PCCN is new so it does not have validity and reliability results yet and it it not as recognized as the CCRN. She also made the point that if you look at the test plans, they are not that different.
