Home health mileage vs deduction

I am starting a HH nursing job next week and I was needing some advice on rather to take pay for mileage to to take more per visit and then deduct mileage on my taxes...just a little lost. Some help please :confused:

You might want to seek the advice of your tax advisor on this, or take a look at the subject in Publication 17, free from the IRS.

mileage reimbursement is non taxable the increase in you per visit rate will be

Thank you all! I have talked with my tax advisor and he said to take the milage! Thanks for your input!
